In a private session, you’ll benefit from dedicated instruction from one of our experienced Pilates instructors, who will design a customized workout plan based on your individual fitness level, preferences, and objectives. You will receive hands-on guidance and support to ensure proper form and technique, maximizing the effectiveness of each exercise.

Semi-privates

Experience the benefits of Pilates in a supportive and engaging environment with our semi-private sessions. These sessions combine personalized instruction with the camaraderie of working alongside others. Our knowledgeable instructors will adapt each workout to accommodate different fitness levels and goals, ensuring everyone receives attention while enjoying the motivation and encouragement that comes from group dynamics.
