Beginner Reformer

​The beginner class is ideal for those who are ready to start their pilates journey. While being guided, this class will cover how to coordinate breath with movement while focusing on technique, pace and the foundational concepts of pilates. This class will help increase strength, endurance, flexibility and balance so you can build your foundation on the reformer with confidence. Please note, this class may be taught at a slower pace, dedicated to those who have never taken pilates or are in the beginning stages of learning pilates.

Reformer Fundamentals

Reformer Fundamentals is an all level class designed for clients in the beginning stages, still learning fundamental exercises and principles. It is also great for the Intermediate / Advanced client who wants to review their technique and perform classical pilates exercises on a deeper level. The class will be taught at a slower but moderate pace with emphasis on form, modifications and progressions.

Reformer 1.5

The Level 1.5/2 (Intermediate) Reformer Class will allow you to grow in your practice, by learning new progressions in movements and a steadier flow. Lighter or heavier resistance modifications can be made, depending on individual Pilates experience and minor injuries.

*Not recommended for beginners with no pilates experience.

Reformer 2

Our Level II (Advanced) Reformer Class will challenge your body through a range of dynamic Pilates exercises with a continual, progressive flow. Lighter or heavier resistance modifications can be made, depending on individual Pilates experience and minor injuries.

* Not recommended for those with chronic injuries or pre/ post natal clients with minimal experience.

Reformer Jumpboard & Abs

Jumpboard classes are Level II (Intermediate), this is a cardio-based reformer class using the jumpboard in intervals and interspersed with more traditional Pilates exercises. Jumpboard choreography is designed to elevate heart rate while supporting your joints and lymphatic system. Full Body workout. 

*Not appropriate for those with injuries, pre or post natal, or those with limited or no Pilates experience.

​​​​All Classes have a maximum of 8 people.

​

Clients must have previous Pilates experience on the Reformer machine prior to taking a class. Why? For safety reasons, we would hate for any injuries to occur based on the lack of understanding how to properly use the equipment, this also slows down the class collectively.

​

Level 1.5 is an Intermediate Class, Level 2 is an Advanced Class, and our Fundamentals Class is suitable for those who have at least taken 3 Privates or 10 Reformer classes at another traditional Pilates studio, and are somewhat familiar with Reformer Pilates.

​

​Private training is recommended for clients who have complex injuries/ conditions or who have chronic pain. Please email us with any questions.
