Taylor has joined the studio helping to assist in managing the day to day activities of the studio. We welcome her to the studio.

We have put the Mat classes on hold and have decided to focus on what the studio specializes in which is private,semi private sessions and helping with your rehabilitation.

We now have teachers who also specialize in Pregnancy work. This can help educate you on how to work your body properly to assist with the months ahead and in labor.
